Annie Star

Annie Star is equal parts deaf and blind.  She is the owner and proprietor of The Manitou House.  Annie looks to be older than dirt but somehow she still manages to run the establishment quite well.  Her shrewd judgment of character has done wonders for the establishment keeping all of the guests happy and safe.
