Frank Flint

Frank Flint is the portly sheriff of Manitou Springs.  He can usually be found at the Sheriff's Office giving new arrivals briefings on the local problems.  Having been unable to solve the bizarre and gruesome murders that hare happening in town, Frank called just about anyone and everyone who he thought could lend a hand.  The Pinkertons are rumored to be working secretly in town.  A Texas Ranger has just arrived on one of the trains from Colorado Springs.  The Union Army has sent their own investigative squad into town.  The Sheriff even appealed to the mayor of Denver for help.  The Mayor is rumored to have sent an elite group of up and coming adventurers to town to help.

Frank is generally a good sheriff and able to keep the peace between the railroad workers and the townsfolk of Manitou Springs.  The never ending wave of gruesome deaths is just more than he can handle.
